Delivery is free on all of our plans except for our 2-person plan for 2 meals per week. Customers on this plan pay a $6 delivery charge.
If you’re not home when your food delivery box arrives, the driver will leave it at your door. Don’t worry - our ice packs will keep everything fresh until you return home.
We currently deliver to southern Ontario If you’re unsure, you can enter your postcode to see if your area is included in our delivery zone.
On your chosen delivery day, your order will arrive between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. We’ll send you an email when your food box is on its way to you.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you are satisfied with your experience.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order in real-time through our website and your email. You will receive updates on your order status, estimated delivery time, and the driver's location.
Where do your ingredients come from?
Nutridash works directly with local and national farmers and suppliers for our poultry and meat. Not only does this ensure you’re getting the freshest ingredients from the closest sources possible, but helps support Canada’s national food community, culture and economy.
Where do your recipes come from?
Our unique weekly menus are created and developed by our expert Culinary Team. Drawing on years of culinary experience with diverse food backgrounds, our team works closely with farmers and suppliers to develop around seasonality and availability, never compromising on quality.
Can I customize my meals or make substitutions?
Yes! We understand that you might want to modify a meal to suit your preferences, and our customization option is available for select recipes. This feature gives you the flexibility to tailor the recipe to your tastes by substituting specific ingredients — like swapping turkey for ground beef, for example. If you have a picky eater in your household, this option makes it easier to please their palate!
